Join us for a community forum on affordability and neighborhood planning on Sunday, August 10th at 5:00pm-6:30pm and hear about big changes coming to the neighborhood.
SF is undergoing a rezoning process, but this one is different from previous community-led plans. Come learn why and how you can advocate for affordability, tenant and small business protections, and queer cultural preservation. We can and should be doing all we can to create affordable neighborhoods in advance of the next tech boom and economic crisis. So let's talk about it!
Come for the conversation, stick around after to keep it going with drinks at legacy bar Twin Peaks Tavern!
Co-hosted by Harvey Milk Democratic Club and Castro LGBTQ Cultural District.
Guests include community leaders Stephen Torres, Shayne Watson, and Lee Hepner.
